New York Post Whores Itself Out
A quick update to yesterday's story about the photos of Eliot Spitzer's call girl that everybody lifted off MySpace...

Um, woah! The New York Post, showing characteristic dignity and restraint, gave today's cover and four full news pages to a series of semi-nude 2007 photos of the ex-guv's prostitute, Ashley "Kristen" "Alexandra Dupré" Youmans.
The photos are by Wesley Mann, a professional portrait photographer whose archive is syndicated by Contact Press Images. The Post, which we assume paid an sizable sum for an exclusive license to these photos, says Mann is a friend of Ashley's who shot the images in early 2007 in a Manhattan studio.

All this hullabaloo about property rights-photos-crap like that and publishing the same for Public display. Anything bought or leased by public funds whould be open for public inspection and use at anytime. There is not be much to be declared private when you are an active prostitute. One commentator, Tom Teepen of Cox Newspapers recently wrote that high dollar prostitues should be exempt from the equal treatment of street walkers. I wonder where old Street walkers worked in their youth and what their prices were. Hey you girls of the night, raise your prices and your status will thus be raised and you too will be exempt according to that fellows phylosophy.
