Clinton Unlikely To Endorse Getty Footage

Meet Casey Knowles. She was 8 when she posed sleeping in a bed for a TV commercial. The clip ultimately ended up as stock in the Getty Images footage library. Some ten years later, the Hillary Clinton campaign licensed the stock clip for its much-ballyhooed "3 a.m." TV spot.

What could go wrong? It turns out Knowles, now almost 18, is a Barack Obama volunteer.  "I feel a little bad that my image is being used in this fear-mongering message," she told Matt Lauer on the Today Show. Doh!

- More from KING in Seattle.

- To see the raw clip, go to Gettyimages.com and search for 716-35. It's a Rights Ready clip priced at $1,000 for use in a local TV commercial or $2,500 for a national TV commercial.
